Edward has over 18 years of investment experience across private equity and growth equity. Prior to co-founding Rivana Equity Partners, Edward was a Partner at 1315 Capital, a healthcare-focused private equity firm, where he led investments and served on multiple boards of private and publicly-held companies in the healthcare technology and services sectors.
Previously, Edward was a founding employee at NaviMed Capital, where he focused on buyouts and growth investments in healthcare companies. He also held roles at SAC Capital (now Point72), Medtronic Cardiovascular, Siemens Venture Capital and developed a molecular diagnostic platform at a venture-backed startup.
Edward serves on the Board of the Wharton Health Care Management Alumni Association and is a member of the Diverse Dealmakers’ Committee for the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) Philadelphia.
He holds a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
